Troilism is defined as a sexual behavior in which three people engage in sexual act ivity together. This paraphilia is a distinct form of Scopophilia. Troilists gain their sexual gratification by watching oneself or/and others in sexual scenes. A troilist becomes aroused and gratified by the "sharing".

Troilism - a paraphilic condition in which sexuoerotic arousal and gratification are dependant upon sharing one's partner with a third party and observing them while they engage in sexual activities. When the partner is rented out , troilism is a paraphilia of the mercantile/venal type.
