Urolagnia (also known as urophilia ) is a sexual fetish with a focus on urine and urination. Urolagnia is sometimes associated with, or confused with, a sexual attraction to someone experiencing the discomfort or pain of a full bladder, a sadomasochistic inclination. It may include watching a partner urinate, smelling urine, urinating on or being urinated on by a partner.

It includes the erotic response to the scent, taste, sight or other experience with urine. The person whose urine will be consumed may also wish to drink some water (or diet soda, see below) several hours before the act in order to dilute the urine.
